(a) in relation to a designated or formerly designated mortgage credit institution, means the mortgage credit assets, cover assets hedge contracts and substitution assets held by the institution that are recorded in the register of mortgage covered securities business kept by the institution,
(b) in relation to a designated or formerly designated public credit institution, means the public credit assets, cover assets hedge contracts and substitution assets held by the institution that are recorded in the register of public credit covered securities business kept by the institution, and
(c) in relation to a designated or formerly designated commercial mortgage credit institution, means the commercial mortgage credit assets, cover assets hedge contracts and substitution assets held by the institution that are recorded in the register of commercial mortgage covered securities business kept by the institution
