38. Amendment of section 9 of Personal Insolvency Act 2012.

Section 9(1) of the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 is amended by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (j):

"(ja) subject to section 60(3) of the Bankruptcy Act 1988, administer the functions assigned to the Official Assignee by the Bankruptcy Act 1988 or any other enactment,".
