56. Amendment of section 39 of Act of 2012.

Section 39 of the Act of 2012 is amended -

(a) by designating the section as subsection (1), and

(b) by inserting the following after subsection (1):

"(2) An application under subsection (1) shall be on notice to the specified debtor and each specified creditor.".
