97. Amendment of section 10 of Courts of Justice Act 1947.

Section 10(12) (inserted by section 194(c) of the Act of 2012) of the Courts of Justice Act 1947 is amended by substituting "specialist judge" for "specialty judge" in both places where it occurs.
