Regulation 59 Authentication of documents: England and Wales

A document or proceeding requiring authentication by an open-ended investment company is sufficiently authenticated for the purposes of the law of England and Wales -

(a) by the signature of a director or other authorised officer of the company; or

(b) in the case of a director which is a body corporate, if it is executed by that director.
