(1) Subject to this Part, every person, irrespective of age, who is employed in insurable (occupational injuries) employment shall be insured under this Part against personal injury caused by accident arising out of and in the course of such employment.
(2) Any reference in this Act to occupational injuries insurance shall be construed as a reference to the insurance provided for by this section.
