Regulation 97 Appropriateness of level of technical provisions
An insurance undertaking or reinsurance undertaking shall, in accordance with any request from the Bank in the exercise of its powers under financial services legislation, demonstrate the appropriateness of the level of its technical provisions, as well as the applicability and relevance of the methods applied, and the adequacy of the underlying statistical data used.
