Regulation 150 Prohibition of free disposal of assets located within the State
The Bank may exercise its powers under financial services legislation to prohibit the free disposal of assets located within the State in order that it can comply with a request from the supervisory authority of another Member State which is empowered to designate assets of an insurance undertaking or reinsurance undertaking for the purposes of Articles 137 to 139 or Article 144(2) of the Directive.
