Regulation 161 Changes in nature of risks or commitments
Any change which an insurance undertaking pursuing business in a Member State other than the State under the freedom to provide services intends to make to the nature of the risks or commitments it proposes to cover shall be subject to the procedure provided for in Regulation 160 (which shall apply with necessary modifications).
