Regulation 244 Subsidiaries of an insurance holding company or mixed financial holding company
Regulations 239 to 243 shall apply to insurance undertakings and reinsurance undertakings which are subsidiaries of an insurance holding company or a mixed financial holding company subject to any necessary modifications.
