Regulation 265 Parent undertakings outside EU: equivalence
(1) In the event of equivalent supervision referred to in Regulation 264, the Bank shall rely on the equivalent group supervision exercised by the third-country supervisory authorities, in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) Regulations 248 to 263 shall apply to the co-operation with third-country supervisory authorities subject to any necessary modifications.
