All persons required to receive or divulge information in connection with the procedures of communication laid down in Regulations 272, 276 and 299 shall be bound by professional secrecy in the same manner as laid down in Articles 64 to 69 of the Directive, except where required to disclose the information concerned by order of a court of competent jurisdiction in civil or criminal proceedings.
