Regulation 317 Amendment of European Communities (Fourth Motor Insurance Directive) Regulations 2003
Regulation 4(9) of the European Communities (Fourth Motor Insurance Directive) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 651 of 2003) is amended by substituting for "(as amended)", "(as amended) or Regulation 305 of the European Union (Insurance and Reinsurance) Regulations 2015, (S.I. No. 485 of 2015), according to which of those Regulations apply in relation to the undertaking,".
