With a view to facilitating electronic conveyancing of land or providing further protection for the interests of vendors and purchasers of land, the following matters may be prescribed:

(a) the general conditions of sale applicable to a contract for the sale or other disposition of an estate or interest in land;

(b) any other matter referred to in this Part.
