358. Penalties for non-compliance with this Part.

Repealed from 1 June 2015

If any company to which this Part applies fails to comply with any of the foregoing provisions of this Part, the company and every officer or agent of the company who knowingly and wilfully authorises or permits the default shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding £1,500.
