The following section is inserted after section 8 of the Firearms and Offensive Weapons Act 1990:
"8A.Other amendments to Firearms Acts.
Each provision of the Firearms Acts 1925 to 2006 specified in Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice Act 2006 is amended in the manner specified in the third and fourth columns opposite the mention of that provision in the first column of that Schedule.".
