In these Regulations -
"the Companies Act" means the Companies Act 2006 [2006 c.46.];
"the 2009 LLP Regulations" means the Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009 [S.I. 2009/1804; relevant amending instruments are S.I. 2016/340 and S.I. 2016/599.];
"the PSC Regulations" means the Register of People with Significant Control Regulations 2016 [S.I. 2016/339.];
"the commencement day" means the day set out in regulation 2;
"LLP" means a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 [2000 c.12.];
"unregistered company" has the meaning given in regulation 2 of the Unregistered Companies Regulations 2009 [S.I. 2009/2436, to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.].
