In regulation 2 (interpretation) insert in the appropriate place -
""credit institution" has the same meaning as in regulation 10(1) of the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 [S.I. 2017/ 692.];"
""financial institution" has the same meaning as in regulation 10(2) of the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017;".
