Regulation 2 Regulations superseded

The following do not apply in relation to contracts entered into on or after 13th June 2014 -

(a) the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 [S.I. 2000/2334.];

(b) the Cancellation of Contracts made in a Consumer's Home or Place of Work etc. Regulations 2008 [S.I. 2008/1816.].
