21 March 2019: Council Presidency and Parliament reach provisional deal on supervisory framework for European financial institutions

NB: The original proposal of September 2017 was replaced by an amended proposal on 12 September 2018 in order to pursue the specific objective of reinforcing the mandate of the Authorities in matters relating to the preventing and combating of money laundering and terrorist financing and in particular to strengthen the role of the EBA.
This has been since corrected by a Corrigendum published on 9 November 2018.
