(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Money Market Funds Regulations 2018.
(2) These Regulations come into force -
(a) 21 days after the day on which they are made, for the purposes of the exercise by the Financial Conduct Authority of any power to make rules, give directions or give guidance under sections 137A(1)(a) [Substituted by section 24(1) of the Financial Services Act 2012 (c.21).] and 139A(1) [Substituted by section 24(1) of the Financial Services Act 2012.] and of paragraph 23(1)(b) of Schedule 1ZA to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 [2000 (c.8).], and
(b) on 21st July 2018, for remaining purposes.
