Regulation 2(1)

After the definition of "EU parent investment firm," insert:

" 'European Banking Authority' means the body established pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 1093/2010 [OJ No. L331, 15.12.2010, p. 12];"

Regulation 20

Insert the following paragraph after paragraph (1):

"(1A) Where, under paragraph (1), the Bank waives the application of capital requirements on a consolidated basis, it shall notify the Commission and the European Banking Authority.".

Substitute the following paragraph for paragraph (2):
