(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Markets in Financial Instruments (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.
(2) This regulation, regulations 2, 3, 15(5), for the purpose only of inserting regulation 47B into the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2017 [S.I. 2017/701.], and regulation 20 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
(3) The other provisions in these Regulations come into force on IP completion day.
