A responsible person of a UCITS that has an investment objective or an investment policy that involves investing substantially in deposits or money-market instruments shall provide a risk warning in the prospectus drawing attention to the difference between the nature of a deposit and the nature of an investment in the UCITS, with particular reference to the risk that the value of the principal invested in the UCITS may fluctuate.
