Regulation 123 Valuation of a UCITS

Where a UCITS values a security that is listed or traded on a regulated market taking into account the level of premium or discount at the date of the valuation, the depositary shall ensure that valuing a security on this basis is justifiable in the context of establishing the probable realisation value of that security.
