Regulation 19 Amendment of the Electronic Money Regulations 2011

In paragraph 3(d)(ii) (information gathering and investigations) of Schedule 3 (application and modification of legislation) to the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 [S.I. 2011/99.], for "the Money Laundering Regulations 2007" substitute "the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017".
