123. Establishment of the Cross-Border Crime Agency

(1) There shall be an Agency to be known as the Cross-Border Crime Agency to perform the functions assigned to it by or under this Act.

(2) The Agency shall stand established on such day as the Minister by order appoints.

(3) The Agency shall consist of a Director General and eight other officers appointed in accordance with this Act.
