15. Amendment of section 136 of Principal Act

Section 136 of the Principal Act is amended by the substitution of the following subsection for subsection (3):

"(3) A Prescribed Financial Statement made under this Act shall be verified by means of -

(a) a statutory declaration made under the Statutory Declarations Act 1938, or

(b) a confirmation of truth.".
