The European Communities (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 352 of 2011) are amended -

(a) in Regulation 3, in paragraph (1), by the substitution of the following definition for the definition of "Directive":

"'Directive’ means Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 [OJ No. L. 302, 17.11.2009, p. 32.], as amended by -

(a) Directive 2010/78/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 [OJ No. L. 331, 15.12.2010, p. 120.],

(b) Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 [OJ No. L. 174, 1.7.2011, p. 1.],

(c) Directive 2013/14/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 [OJ No. L. 145, 31.5.2013, p. 1.],
