The European Union (Alternative Investment Fund Managers) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 257 of 2013) are amended -

(a) in Regulation 5(1), by the substitution of the following definition for the definition of "Directive":

"'Directive’ means Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 [OJ No. L. 174, 1.7.2011, p. 1.], as amended by -

(a) Directive 2013/14/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 [OJ No. L. 145, 31.5.2013, p. 1.],

(b) Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 [OJ No. L. 173, 12.6.2014, p. 349.],

(c) Directive (EU) 2016/2341 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2016 [OJ No. L. 354, 23.12.2016, p. 37.],

(d) Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2017 [OJ No. L. 347, 28.12.2017, p. 35.],

(e) Directive (EU) 2019/1160 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 [OJ No. L. 188, 12.7.2019, p. 106.], and
