The Central Bank Act 1942 (No. 22 of 1942) is amended -
(a) in section 33AN(1), in the definition of "designated statutory instrument", by the insertion of "or the European Union (Anti- Money Laundering: Central Mechanism for Information on Safe- Deposit Boxes and Bank and Payment Accounts) Regulations 2022 (S.I. No. 46 of 2022)" after "but (in relation to the European Union (General Framework for Securitisation and Specific Framework for Simple Transparent and Standardised Securitisation) Regulations 2018) wherever and only in so far as they impose a requirement on a person who is not a regulated financial service provider,", and
(b) in Part 2 of Schedule 2, by the insertion of the following item:
