The FCA, DWP and the Pensions Regulator are planning a joint framework that pension providers and adviser could use to see more transparently how schemes are performing. They propose to compare schemes based on public metrics to demonstrate value, and to introduce a ratings system. The FCA has published a consultation paper relevant to regulated firms that operate contract-based pensions, and asks for comment by 17 October.
