Regulatory Technical Standards Pave Way for Open-Ended ELTIFs

Law360 published an article coauthored by partner Zac Mellor-Clark and associate Nishkaam Paul on the European Commission’s recently published final draft of regulatory technical standards supplementing Regulation 2015/760, as amended. The publication of the final draft standards brings much-needed clarity on the mandatory liquidity features of an open-ended European long-term investment fund, or ELTIF, which permits redemptions by investors prior to the end of its term or life.
