AN ACT TO ENABLE THE MINISTER FOR ENERGY TO GIVE GUARANTEES WITH RESPECT TO THE INSURANCE OF RISKS IN CONNECTION WITH EXTERNAL TRADE AND TO AMEND THE LAW RELATING TO THE CARRYING ON OF ASSURANCE BUSINESS.
