23. Exclusion of banks licensed under Central Bank Act, 1971.

Repealed from 25 January 1988

The Acts and this Act shall not apply to any act or omission for the purposes of the business authorised by a licence for the time being in force under section 9 of the Central Bank Act, 1971, by the holder of the licence or his servants or agents.
