17. Amendment of section 23 of Act of 1951.

The Act of 1951 is hereby amended by -

(a) the deletion of subsection (3) of section 23, and

(b) the insertion of the following section:

"23A.

(1) The Government, may by order, delegate to the Minister for Justice any power of the Government under section 23 of this Act.

(2) The Government may, by order, revoke an order under this section.".
