3. The name "Ireland" to mean Saorstát Eireann.

For the purpose of the construction of any British Statute the name "Ireland," whether used alone or in conjunction with the expression "Great Britain," or by implication as being included in the expression "United Kingdom" shall mean Saorstát Eireann.
