41. Certification of certain policies or contracts of assurance.

The title to Part IVA of the Principal Act is amended by substituting "CERTIFICATION OF CERTAIN POLICIES OR CONTRACTS OF ASSURANCE" for "APPROVAL OF CERTAIN POLICIES OR CONTRACTS OF ASSURANCE".
