The title to Part IVA of the Principal Act is amended by substituting "CERTIFICATION OF CERTAIN POLICIES OR CONTRACTS OF ASSURANCE" for "APPROVAL OF CERTAIN POLICIES OR CONTRACTS OF ASSURANCE".
