AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE SOCIAL WELFARE ACTS, SECTION 7A OF THE HEALTH CONTRIBUTIONS ACT, 1979, THE YOUTH EMPLOYMENT AGENCY ACT, 1981, AND THE PENSIONS ACT, 1990.
