The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 334(1) and (2), 335(1), (2), (3) and (4), 336(1) and (2), 337, 338(1) and (2), 339(1) and (2), 426, 427 and 428(3) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 [2000 c. 8.] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
