38. Register of funds of suitors.
(1) The Accountant shall establish and maintain a register of funds of suitors (in this section referred to as the 'register').
(2) The register shall contain the following particulars in respect of all funds paid into the dormant accounts of the funds of suitors of the High Court, the dormant accounts of the funds of suitors of the Circuit Court and the dormant funds of suitors of the District Court respectively:
The register shall contain the following particulars -
(a) the court in which the proceedings were instituted;
(b) the title of the proceedings to which the funds relate;
(c) the names of the parties to those proceedings and the addresses at which they ordinarily reside;
(d) the ledger account number;
(e) the value of the investments realised in accordance with section 34 or section 34A on the date of their realisation;
(f) the date on which those funds were paid into the dormant accounts concerned;
(g) if those funds were repaid to the ledger account, the date on which they were so repaid;
