Regulation 3 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Rights of Action) Regulations 2001 [S.I. 2001/2256.] is amended by substituting, for "article 72 of the Regulated Activities Order (overseas persons)", "article 72 (overseas persons) or 72A (information society services) of the Regulated Activities Order".
