Section 59B of the Act of 1990 is amended -

(a) in subsection (1), by substituting "subsections (2) and (2A)" for "subsection (2)", and

(b) by inserting the following subsection after subsection (2):

"(2A) Subsection (1) shall not apply in relation to a scheme where a direction has been made under section 50(1B).".
