(1) The instruments listed in paragraph (2) are specified qualifying provisions for the purposes of paragraph 23(2) of Schedule 1ZA to the Act and regulation 206(1)(a) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
