(1) The Principal Order is amended as follows.
(2) In article 77 (instruments creating or acknowledging indebtedness) -
(a) in paragraph (1) omit "77A or";
(b) in paragraph (2) omit sub-paragraph (e).
(3) In article 77A (alternative finance investment bonds) in paragraph (1) after "article" insert "77 or".
