In this Order -

"the Act" means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000;

"the FCA" means the Financial Conduct Authority;

"the PRA" means the Prudential Regulation Authority; and

"the Principal Order" means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 [S.I. 2001/544 as amended by S.I. 2009/1389; there are other amending instruments but none are relevant.].
