Article 7

3. For the definition of "Community goods" in regulation 2 of the Free Zone Regulations 1984 [S.I. 1984/1177.], substitute -

""Community goods" means goods which fulfil the conditions of Article 28 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union;"

4. In the following provisions of the Statistics of Trade (Customs and Excise) Regulations 1992 [S.I. 1992/2790, amended by S.I. 2004/3284 and S.I. 2009/2974; there are other amending instruments but none is relevant.], for "intra-Community" substitute "intra-EU" -

(a) regulations 3(2) and (3), and

(b) regulation 4(2).

(1) The Export of Objects of Cultural Interest (Control) Order 2003 [S.I. 2003/2759, amended by S.I. 2009/2164.] is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 1(2) -

(a) omit the definition of "Community Licence", and

(b) after the definition of "exportation" insert -

""EU Licence" means an authorisation granted by the Secretary of State (whether before or after commencement of this Order) under the Regulation;".

(3) In Article 3(1), for "A Community licence" substitute "An EU licence".
