Section 137 of the Principal Act is amended in paragraph (b)(ii) of the definition of "widowed parent" by substituting the following for clauses (II), (III) and (IV):
"(II) widow's (contributory) pension under Chapter 18 of Part 2, or
(III) widower's (contributory) pension under Chapter 18 of Part 2, or
(IV) widow's (contributory) pension under Chapter 18 of Part 2 or widower's (contributory) pension under Chapter 18 of Part 2 by virtue of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1408/71 of the Council of 14 June 1971 [ OJ No. L149, 5.7.1971, p.2] or by virtue of a reciprocal agreement under section 287, or".
