31. Amendment of Family Law (Divorce) Act 1996.

Section 17(1) of the Family Law (Divorce) Act 1996 is amended by substituting the following for the definition of "defined contribution scheme":

"‘defined contribution scheme’ has the same meaning as in the Pensions Act 1990;".
