The Combat Poverty Agency Act, 1986, the Charities Act, 1961, the Health Contributions Act, 1979, the Births and Deaths Registration Acts, 1863 to 1996, the Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1844, the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1863, the Family Law (Maintenance of Spouses and Children) Act, 1976, and the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952, are amended to the extent specified in the Schedule to this Act.
